Chef de Partie - Live in Available

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work in a Hotel on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.

Working with a fantastic team creating mouth-watering dishes.

You must have the drive and passion to work in busy, fast paced environments, you will be used to working under pressure using locally sourced ingredients to produce exceptional food for all guests. This position may suit a recent graduate looking for a head start in their career!

Key Attributes
Ideally, you will have gained experience within high volume kitchens as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie
NVQ level 2, 3 or similar (desirable but not essential)
Basic Food Hygiene certificate

About The Role
Be proactive in working as a team, showing a desire to learn about new produce and cooking techniques from the senior members of the kitchen but also assisting those in more junior roles
Maintain the highest standards in relation to Health and Safety within the kitchen
Supporting the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
