Our client based in Coxheath, Maidstone is looking for an enthusiastic, personable administrator with good communication skills, both verbal and written, and knowledge of office systems to join their team.
Candidates should be flexible and able to multitask, work in a busy environment and be self-motivated. The role involves supporting a multidisciplinary community team, liaising with patients and external colleagues on a daily basis via email and telephone.
Essential skills: Must have CIS experience and a smart card.
Desirable skills: Agresso: Diary Management, Internet usage, Touch Typing, Medical Terminology, Microsoft Word, Minute Taking.
Starting immediately until July 2019, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
