Customer services/telesales person required to make calls to existing customers explaining and promoting the services of the company.
Other duties will include booking meetings and site visits as well as general admin tasks.
The candidate needs to demonstrate the following
• Positive and engaging manner
• Excellent communication skills and confident with talking on the phone.
• IT literate including being comfortable with working with Outlook
• Demonstrate time management skills
• Works well within teams
• Experience in previous telemarketing roles would be ideal
The offer is a full time or part time for suitable candidate’s hours to suit part time.
Full time generally are 8:30 am – 4.30 or 9- 4.30
They will need to provide their own transport
Role will train a good admin / customer service person
