Do you keep a cool head in a crisis? Are you always the one trusted to fix it when things go wrong? We are looking for a natural problem solver to become the go-to person within our Crayford based client's Repairs and Maintenance Coordination team.
This role is ideally suited to you if you:
* Can start immediately, initially on a temporary basis
* Have previous experience in telephone based customer service or scheduling role
* Enjoy hitting targets both individually and as a team
Your duties will include:
* Arranging service and maintenance visits with existing customers
* Booking in emergency call outs with engineers
* Logging all incoming and outgoing calls onto a bespoke database
As a temp with Office Angels you receive weekly pay, 28 days holiday a year and additional incentives/competitions. As a temporary role you must be available to start immediately.
