My client is looking for a motivated and bright individual to join their professional team on a permanent basis. You will be working with customers to understand their complaints and ensure a speedy resolution, making certain there are high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process. You will also be expected to be keep the company up-to-date with the leanings resulting from these complaints where appropriate.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making accurate captures and registrations of complaints
- Working with customers to understand complaints
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Escalating challenging cases to the manager
- Delivering the best in class customer experience
- Overcoming barriers you may be presented
- Working within a team environment, building relationships and rapport with customers and clients
- Ensuring compliance and adhering to company policies
- Assisting in the continuous development and implementation of systems
- Participating in the reporting and learning of complaints as well as providing feedback/reports
Personal Specifications:
- A minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English
- Previous experience within a regulated, financial complaints handling environment
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A good listener
- Strong negotiating skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Numerate ( To explain payments, financial terms etc)
