We are looking for Seasonal Travel Consultants to work within an in-bound call centre from Monday 5th August until the end of October 2019, with guaranteed hours each week. Perfect for returning university students for the summer.

We’re looking for super flexible Full-Time and Part-Time people who are able to work across all opening hours.

Full-Time – Guaranteed 30 Hours a week
Part-Time – Guaranteed 16 Hours a week
Never work both a Saturday and Sunday in a row and you will have 1 in 4 weekends completely off, if full time.

Assessment Day:
Monday 22nd July 2019

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am – 8pm.
All Travel Consultants must be available for the above, however you will receive a 4 week rolling rota in advance. Flexibility is key, if you can be flexible, the client can be flexible too.
These are Fixed Term Contracts, with every possibility of going permanent – this is not a guarantee.

What we are looking for in an individual:
• Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
• Excellent telephone manner is desirable
• A good standard of personal motivation and initiative
• Ideal for university students looking for summer work within a “not your average” call centre environment.

Salary:
£9.00 per hour, with 25 days holiday pro-rata, on-site parking and Westenhanger train station 5 minutes down the road.
