We provide commercial refurbishments and property maintenance for the healthcare, education, commercial and retail sectors. Our offices in Staplehurst are based a stones-throw from the station with mainline routes to London, Sevenoaks Tonbridge, Paddock Wood and Ashford. Situated in such a central location enables us to complete commercial refurbishments throughout London, Greater London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Job Role:
You will be trained to be able to carry out the following-

• Preparing tenders and quotations
• Maintaining project progress records
• Obtaining competitive costs from suppliers and contractors
• Site surveys and regular onsite meetings with clients
• General administrative duties

Required Skills
• A desire and willingness to learn
• A good head for maths
• Be confident when speaking to people both on the phone and face to face
• Self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Clean full UK driving license is essential
• Access to own car (business travel expenses will be reimbursed)


Salary
This opportunity is open to individuals with varying experience that feel they meet the job description. The salary is competitive and will reflect the individual’s experience.

Hours
8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am - 4pm Friday
Due to the nature of the industry, you will be expected to work overtime on occasion.
