SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION CONTROLLER
REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TO BUSINESS

We are an internationally acclaimed independent media group with a reputation for excellence. We are looking for a Senior Creative Design and Production Controller to join our team in Sandwich, Kent. This varied and demanding role involves the production of our suite of high-quality magazines and other publications, both in print and digital. You will enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and will relish the opportunity to work with a team of professionals. You will have excellent current skills in all aspects of magazine production, together with good organisational skills. Working to strict deadlines, you will ensure that our market-leading publications are produced to the highest standards.


You should have current skills in the following areas:
• Must have a good understanding of designing for a variety of printed and digital applications.
• Extensive knowledge of image retouching using Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Awareness and experience in the various print finishes available in the print market eg spot UV finishes, foiling, embossing.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (specifically InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Advanced image compression and knowledge of ASP would be an advantage.
• Experience with CMS websites desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills to ensure to smooth running of all content.
• Excellent proofing skills.
