Nova Lift Company, based in Aylesford, Maidstone are looking for a Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months to one year.
We are looking for a self-motivated, capable individual to provide up to one year maternity cover, supporting our successful and busy sales team with administration duties including:
• Answering the telephone
• Raising job packs
• Preparing PQQ/tender question responses (with the support of others)
• Dealing with general enquiries – internal and external
• Dealing with client contract queries
• Typing up contracts
• Providing end of month collation of figures
• Looking after client contract administration including overseeing shutdowns, issues sheets, database updates, monthly reports, general enquiries from clients
• Maintaining repairs log
• Dealing with sales queries whilst the sales team are out of the office
• Checking the company email enquiries from the web page
• Set up new order books in December for the forthcoming year
• Set up new figures sheets for the sales team in March for the forthcoming year
Past experience in a similar role would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided but the following would be an advantage:
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Good secretarial/administrative and IT skills
• Able to communicate at all levels
• A good telephone manner
• Reliability
• Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Focus on delivering a great customer service
