Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has a new Commercial Account handler vacancy to work in the spacious, modern offices of this expanding Broker.

Our client are seeking a reliable commercial account handler within the Commercial department to undertake administrative tasks, to help assist the team and offer great customer service experience to our clients.

Handling a mix of Commercial insurance risks the key responsibilities include vehicle adjustments and complex MTA’s, ad-hoc re-broking cases in relation to unique requirements, New Business (enterprise cases), diary management, maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention and handling a book of equestrian renewals.

Candidates will have experience of commercial or personal lines insurance, have a confident telephone manner and be organised. You should have a good attention to detail, the ability to work on own initiative and be proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Hours: Full Time (8.30am – 5.15pm, 38.75 hours a week), Part-Time is negotiable.
