- Managing tenants with a caring attitude
- Carry out inspections of internal & external communal areas
- Maintenance of the estate and blocks; carrying out any minor repairs / reporting to contractors
- Grounds management
- Ensuring a prompt customer focused response to estate service issues raised by residents
- Liaising with local contacts and to attend resident meetings as required
