An opportunity for a compensation and rewards analyst/payroll manager has arisen with a growth Insurance Client in the City of London, reporting to the Group HR Manager.

Responsibilities include:

- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company`s strategy and business goals
- Management and processing of all monthly group payrolls
- Fully develop and maintain an electronic payroll administrative system (Sage SnowdropKCS)
- Maintain and manage the monthly BACS and payslip process
- Data collection and processing of P11D`s across the Group
- Support to Finance with BACS payments and journals/reports if required
- Manage and process all employee expenses assisted by HR team.
- On-boarding, project management and implementation of future payrolls across the group as and when they arise through acquisitions
- Payroll due diligence reports undertaken for all future acquisitions
- Management and alignment of all group employee benefits for cost reduction purposes and efficiency
- All PAYE tax/NI issues/queries
- Complying with all HMRC PAYE regulations, Pension Automatic Enrolment Regulations, equal pay, maternity/paternity/adoption pay and redundancy pay

Successful applicants will have payroll bureau experience, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, ability to prepare and present reports to director level and ideally relevant sector experience.
