IT Support Technician
My client, a large manufacturing firm in Whitstable, Kent, are looking for an IT Support Technician to join an expanding team. You will be the first response for all IT support requests as required. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills, a positive 'can do' attitude and an ability to work both within a team and as an individual.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Fluent English speaking as telephone/one-to-one support is required
* Work well under pressure and independently if required
* Good troubleshooting skills including logic and common sense
As an IT Support Technician for this company you will earn a basic salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 and will be entitled to a wide range of benefits.
