indEx Enclosures Ltd designs and manufactures steel enclosures for use in arduous and hazardous industrial applications. The products include empty boxes, terminal boxes, control panels and cabinets and we specialise in providing custom built products to suit our customers’ needs. Due to exceptional growth this year, an opportunity has arisen for the newly created role of Internal Sales Co-ordinator.
This is a varied role though the main responsibilities would include the following:
• Produce quotations
• Process customer orders
• enter into database
• conduct contract reviews
• in conjunction with Operations Manager determine scheduled delivery dates
• produce and send order confirmations
• produce manufacturing work packages and issue to manufacturing
• identify non-stock components requiring purchasing highlighting requirements to Operations Manager
The ideal candidate would have good numeracy, literacy and a logical approach. Equally important is the ability to build rapport with customers from a remote location – face to face interaction with customers is infrequent within our market. The successful candidate would also need to have good time management skills, be flexible and have an eagerness to learn - on the job training will be provided
