We're looking for a friendly and detail orientated person to join our Installs & Project team, who can learn quickly to use our SAP system.

This exciting new opportunity has recently arisen and will be based at our head office in Ashford, Kent.
What will be expected of you in this role?
To provide SAP, financial, logistics and planning administration support to the Project Managers. This is achieved by:
• Releasing Purchase Requisitions / creating Purchase Orders as required by project managers during the project lifecycle,
• Creation and release of Work Orders to the labour planner, as required during the project lifecycle,
• Labour planning for site, where required in conjunction with the Project Administrator (Logistics),
• Where required, entering variations into Sales Orders and make margin adjustments. This is under instruction from the Installation Office Manager and/or Project Managers.
• Other general SAP administration tasks.
Some level of experience with SAP is desirable for this position, in particular SAP Business Client.
