This outstanding, accredited Legal 500 law firm with offices in both Sussex and London are currently seeking a senior Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate department in their central London offices. The firm deal with high profile matters and have an exceptionally strong client base which has been established over the past 100 years.
The successful candidate will join the existing team and will be responsible for the growth and development of the department. Your case load will include high quality corporate transactions including start ups, advising and assisting companies on sales and acquisitions, admissions to the AIM Market, investments, public takeovers and general corporate matters. You will be ambitious and career-minded with drive and determination to progress within the firm.
My client has developed an excellent mix of clients and pride themselves on their superb client focus, clear approach and fun yet professional office ethos.
You willl have gained experience of working at a senior level (6+ years PQE) and have a following, along with strong business development skills.
