IT Support Analyst
I am working with a large consultancy company who are looking for someone to join their internal team across the support of a Microsoft driven environment to include Active Directory, Windows Server and Exchange as well as Hyper-V and some basic networking.
The role will be working as part of a service desk that provides support to over 1000 users on a shift basis across all peripheral equipment, mobile phones, Laptops, PCs and phone systems.
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server
* Knowledge of O365, Hyper-V and ideally Powershell
* Knowledge of Layer 2 and 3 switches, including firewalls an advantage
* Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
* Experience of supporting phone systems, mobile devices and building laptops/desktops
