Residential Support Workers (Temporary to Permanent)

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Care Workers of all levels to work in the Thanet area.

You will be required to provide support to young adults, including physical, social and emotional care.

With excellent training on offer and the potential for progression up to management level, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a rewarding role.

This is a full-time rota-based role, working 37.5 hours per week including overnight and weekend shifts, and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if successful.

You will be working initially on a temporary basis, with a view to taking on a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily living skills and encourage young adults to take responsibility within their own homes.
• Help young adults to access community facilities and attend health care appointments.
• Promote a variety of social and leisure activities.
• Create a positive and caring home environment, involving the planning and delivery of person-centred approaches that help people achieve their goals.
