Account Handler - Real Estate

The largest private owned global insurance broker in the world, with an enviable record of growth over the over the last few years. They operate out of multiple territories and have an international branch network.

They are looking for an experienced London Market Real Estate Account Handler to work in their Real Estate & Construction team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·Provide support to the Account Executives on both new and existing Real Estate business ranging from SME to large corporate risks
·Provision of the day to day servicing of clients insurance programmes to support retention and development
·Supervise and monitor the day to day performance of direct reports and provide support as appropriate.
·Identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with the wider team.
·Placement of insurances for clients in accordance with the broking strategy.
·Effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date.
·Preparation of market and client documentation.

Criteria
·The successful candidate will have proven experience working in Real Estate from within the London Market.
·Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates.
·Ability to identify opportunities for business development.
·A working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Experience in terms of being both client and insurer facing
