Inbound Sales Advisor
Basic £17,000 - 1st year OTE £18,000 - £20,000
37.5 hour week
Rolling 2 week shift pattern
Start dates of 3rd June or 17th June

Netbox Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful and rapidly expanding company based in the rural Maidstone area to recruit Inbound Sales Advisors on a permanent basis.

This opening would suit both an experienced Sales Advisor / Sales Executive who has some experience working within a sales environment (either B2B or B2C) or someone looking for their first sales opportunity as full training will be provided.

This Inbound Sales Advisor role will require candidates to:

* Demonstrate proven success at working within a targeted sales environment
* Be confident on the phone - either taking inbound calls or making outbound call
* Have excellent communication skills
* Build rapport and trust with their client
* Have excellent IT skills

The working hours are on a 2 week rolling rota. Week 1 is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and Week 2 is 12pm - 8pm.

The basic salary is £17,000 with an OTE of £18,000 - £20,000, however the commission structure is uncapped.

Candidates will need to either be free to start on the 3rd of June or the 17th June, this is because our client has arranged for an external trainer to come in to complete the induction.
