A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Team Leader to join an established organisation going through a great amount of growth.

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, for someone who has a solid amount of Recruitment and Team leading experience.

Main responsibilities:


· Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through telephone and face to fact

· Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients

· Respond quickly and accurately to clients requirements

· Ensure that the current assessment methods are fit for purpose

· Design and develop new assessment programmes that best identify top talent

· Standardise current processes / documentation

· Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to expectation

· Meet and exceed KPIs

· Report on teams delivery

· Report on any Key issues

· Any other duties that could reasonably be requested

Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm
