Temporary Summer Work - £19,000
Are you a student looking to earn extra money over the summer? We have the perfect role for you!
Our client a well-known company are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to support their busy team to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis over the summer.
Start date ASAP until August/September.
Working hours will be between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Duties include:
*Assisting in a busy Customer Service team
*Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers and colleagues
*Inputting and logging information onto in-house systems
*Other ad-hoc duties including filing, scanning and post as required
The successful candidate will be able to -
* Have the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively
* Have excellent communication skills
* Will be confident and assertive and able to deal with people at all levels
