Client Services Manager - Tunbridge Wells - £55 - £75k

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Client Services Manager to join their office based in Tunbridge Wells.

Main responsibilities:

* Daily management of the Client Services staff
* Implementing changes to processes, procedures and systems
* Ensuring the companies training and competence scheme are actioned and customers are being treated fairly
* Keeping up to date with Company compliance and HMRC practices and procedures
* Continuously providing innovative and challenging ideas across all processes and systems
* Maintaining relationships with IFA sources of business
* Providing reports to Head of Operations

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
* Experience working within the financial services industry desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent staff management skills with the ability to motivate, develop and up-skill a team
* Knowledge of individual and group pensions contracts, legislation and tax treatment
* Knowledge of life assurance, critical illness, disability and savings contracts and legislation
