Entry Level Sales Support Administrator
North Kent
£15-17k DOE

Are you a bright, enthusiastic and positive person with a good academic record looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an office environment?

We are seeking a sales administrator to join our expanding client based in North Kent to work alongside their busy sales team providing administrative support.

Due to the structure of the company this role will suit someone who is looking to develop and is keen to join a company who will offer progression. Your duties will be diverse so you must be able to have a flexible approach and a positive attitude.

This is a full- time, permanent role.

Duties of this role include:

* Maintaining strong working relationships both externally with customers to ensure they are always satisfied with the service they have received and internally with the team
* Supporting the sales team with daily administration duties to ensure smooth running of the office
* Delivering high standards of customer service to colleagues and customers
* Scanning files, file checking and making order files
* Processing orders and updating any relevant information on the database
* Managing paperwork and distributing it to the correct department
* Ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

* Have excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone
* Be able to manage their own workload and work under tight deadlines
* Be positive, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
* Be computer literate in Microsoft programmes
* Show an interest in progressing within the business
* Maintain high standards personally with a good understanding of how to present yourself
* Have GSCE Grades C and above and ideally be educated to A Level standard
* Ideally be a driver with your own transport

This Sales Administrator role would be well suited to someone who is looking for their first office based role. This is an exciting challenge which will allow the ideal candidate to progress onto other areas of the business and develop their personal skills and abilities.
