Working in Kings Hill for a growing and modern business you will work as help desk support to the company as well as external clients.
Duties:
* Provide technical support to teams within the organisation and to external clients
* Assisting with systems integrations
* Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
* On boarding new application users
* Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
* Identifying and resolving technical issues
* Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.
Ideally you will possess a degree or similar qualification in an IT related field. You will have previous work experience in operating systems, devices, applications and software as well as Windows Desktop troubleshooting. You will also be experienced in application and cross-browser support.
