Are you a recent school leaver, or graduate, looking to begin your career in financial services? Are you ambitious, with a strong work ethic, and the drive to succeed?

We are looking for a bright and resourceful Junior Administrator to join a growing financial services company near Westerham. No experience is necessary, only the willingness to learn and the desire to succeed. A keen interest in business would also be an advantage.

Duties of a Junior Administrator include:
- Answering the phone and transferring calls
- Preparing documents and sending to clients
- Liaising with the sales team, clients and suppliers
- Updating the database (Salesforce)
- Scanning and Filing
- Other Office duties

For the right candidate, this role would be the springboard into a career in sales and account management. Full training will be provided by the directors and other staff.

The right candidate will have:
- Left school, college or university with good grades
- Have a keen interest in business/finance
- Excellent IT skills
- Confidence and an excellent telephone manner
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Ambition and a desire to succeed
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
