We are currently working with one of the fastest growing independent Property Management companies in the South East.
They are a young, vibrant, exciting, and rapidly growing property management company. Based in Rochester within the Medway Towns, with a substantial portfolio mainly in Kent, we are now looking to expand across the wider South East region. They work with both landlords and letting agents, maintaining and servicing their stock along with our own. The company regularly buy new homes, delivering exciting and challenging refurbishments and redevelopments through the planning system. They are market leaders in the provision of diverse accommodation models to local authorities, often assisting homeless or challenging households. Tackling every aspect of property management with our inhouse staff, we are looking for the right people to join us and help us move forward with our ambitious growth strategy.
They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Experienced Cleaners to join their Maintenance department covering Rochester and the surrounding area.
This role is working 28 hours a week 5pm - 9pm Monday - Friday and 9-5 Saturday.
Confident with the use of an Iphone in order to send emails.
Experience and own transport is essential
