Sales Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful manufacturing company based in the West Kent area on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for all administrative/ accounts related duties within the business and ensure all procedures are adhered to and assist in the smooth operation of the office.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a fast paced office environment, join a friendly team, and be a valued member of staff.

Your main duties will include:
*Process customer orders
*Provide product information to customers
*Inputting invoices
*Dealing with invoice queries/ credit notes
*Delivery note related queries/ discrepancies
*Respond to all incoming queries effectively
*General administrative duties

The ideal candidate:
*Proactive
*A good all rounder
*Friendly
*Hard working
*Ability to meet deadlines
