We are looking for an experienced service advisor, preferably with a motor industry background, but would consider other trades, to give our customers an exceptional experience every time.
The "customer journey" is so important with every "touch point" along the way.
If you are confident dealing with customers, have good communication skills, an eye for detail, and able to "upsell" additional work identified, we would like to hear from you.
Training will be provided, however an understanding of cars would be an advantage.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer free on site parking, canteen facilities, and excellent friendly working conditions.
