Our client is seeking an additional Mortgage Advisor to work across the Maidstone Area. Many of their offices are No 1 in Market Share and there is a fantastic mix of properties. They love to help people buy amazing high-end properties, advise on first time mortgages and everything in between…….so if you are working hard for little reward or looking for career advancement and are CEMAP Qualified (or equivalent) then they may be the perfect company for you.


Key responsibilities include:

• To “Out Passion” customers at every opportunity
• Seek the best financial and mortgage solutions for customers
• Identify and initiate leads from other sources
• Sell associated insurance products
• Meet and exceed targets
• Working closely with the Branch Manager
• Train and coach the team on Mortgage products


Skills, know-how and experience required:

• Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition
• Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
• Flexible and adaptable
• Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve targets
• Great at building relationships with customers
• CEMAP 1 minimum (or equivalent) qualified
• Full driving license
