IT Support Analyst - Shift Work including Weekends
I am working with a UK company who are looking for someone to join their internal team across the support of a Microsoft driven environment to include Active Directory, Windows Server and Exchange as well as Hyper-V and some basic networking such as Layer 2 and 3 switch configuration.
The role will be working as part of a shift who provide cover between 7:30am - 9:30pm as well as weekends, although weekend work is kept to a minimum. If you are interested in this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:-
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server
* Knowledge of O365, Hyper-V and ideally Powershell
* Knowledge of Layer 2 and 3 switches, including firewalls an advantage
* Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
* Experience of supporting phone systems, mobile devices and building laptops/desktops
