This is a lovely varied role for someone previous experience in office administration and client relationship development.
You will need to have a mature attitude and excellent telephone manner.
The role includes
Handling initial client enquiries via telephone or email. Providing quotes, following the sales process
Building up a rapport with the clients once business has been won and Account Managing clients to nurture future business.
Processing quotes, orders and invoices via our CRM Salesforce.
Organising engineer site visits and diary management.
Liaison with clients to provide a high level of customer service.
Support to senior management as required.
Support on company marketing.
Support to other admin staff as required.
General office administration.
