Joining an expanding and innovative company, this role as Quantity Surveyor will ensure all projects meet financial and service level expectations
The role of Quantity Surveyor will include:-
Ensuring all projects meet financial and service level expectations
Analysis of tender allowances
Ensuring specification differences are recorded and actioned in an appropriate manner
Measurement and valuation for valuations, variations and final accounts
Administer and advise on Main Contract and Sub Contractor conditions
Cash management, cash flow and turnover forecasting
Subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts
The ideal candidate will have experience from a similar role within Construction or Architecture
