We currently seek a hard working professional to join and support our Sales team based in Ashford, Kent.
This is an opportunity for an office based salesperson with the ability to influence sales growth in Jacksons Fencing Retail Sales Department.
The role requires good attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills together with persistence and resilience are key success drivers. An ability to think quickly and clearly will be required.
A good all round education and strong computer skills are crucial to carrying out duties efficiently and effectively.
Confident in dealing with all aspects of customer service both over the telephone and face to face as you will be required to work in our shop at times.
Hours of work to be 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis. Bank Holidays may also need to be covered.
Duties will include:
· Respond to all customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
· Regularly receive and make calls to increase sales enquiry and sales opportunities.
· Maintain the ECRM customer database
· Form relationships with prospective and repeat customers.
· Process quotations to orders.

· Work with other internal departments to achieve customers’ expectations.
Reporting to: Retail Sales Manager
Due to location of the office, own transport is essential
