CHEF
An exciting opportunity for a Chef has arisen to join one of our local clients.
The purpose of the role is to carry out activities necessary for the procurement, preparation, distribution and service of food.
Roles & Responsibilities;
* To facilitate the availability of all food, replenishing and placing orders when required
* To report all end of month figures to Services Manager
* Prepare food and beverages in accordance with serving requirements
* Check all goods received are fit for purpose
* Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, maintained and repairs arranged
Experience & Qualifications Required;
* NVQ Level 2 in Catering
* Previous management experience
