PERMANENT POSITION!
MC Personnel have a great opportunity for someone who wants to train as a Team Leader!!
Successful candidates will be working for a service provider with a strong market position in the fresh produce industry.
You will be working as part of the packing line supporting the Team Leader to help lead and develop the packing team to meet quality and packing targets.
Duties will include:
- Operation of machine and team co-ordination to support the Team Leader to deliver hourly/daily targets across the company KPI's
- Ensuring your line runs effectively and efficiently and that the finishes product meets customer expectations
- Ensuring machines are in good working order and reporting any issues to the engineering team
- Maintain and drive quality standards and ensure that service levels are met
- Assisting the Team Leader with planning, completing records of costing and recording information accurately.
Working 4 shifts on and 4 off, 7am - 7pm (7 day operation)
Nights also available
7pm - 7am
Previous experience within a fresh produce environment is essential for the role. Experience as a Key Operative or Line Leading would be an advantage. Immediate start available.
