18k to 23k, depending on experience

We are looking for two Helpdesk Engineers to join a growing IT managed services provider in Herne Bay.

Helping clients to resolve their network issues, this role will suit someone who has a keen interest in WAN and cloud computing services whilst also being able to communicate accurate, detailed information.



The Helpdesk Engineer will:

Deal with a range of incoming requests and manage them through to completion or escalation

Conduct diagnostic checks and proactively update clients on the status of the progress

Help to monitor and identify problems by expanding their knowledge and working to identify customer issues before they arise

Share information within the business to help develop new procedures

Comply with strict SLA's and quality guidelines



The Helpdesk Engineer will need to be:

Familiar with windows desktop and server environments

Customer focused and proactive

Naturally skilled at solving problems and highly organised to work across a range of tasks

Interested in network solutions and WAN is essential
