We are seeking an experienced manager to operate the catering offer at Turner Contemporary.
You will be self motivated and highly organised with a desire to achieve. Key attributes include:
- A strong leader, capable of directing and motivating your team
- Sound financial understanding of a catering operation
- Proven ability to control and monitor key costs variables
- A competent and clear communicator, with an ability to delegate
- A genuine interest in hospitality, service culture and food
- Organised, efficient and systems led
- Well presented, calm and able to problem solve
- Experience of working in similar environments
- Strong command of IT
The cafe and event catering is run by Leafi Ltd at Turner Contemporary. We operate the cafe, including summer evening weekend openings, weddings, parties and conferencing, and all associated catering.
