Contact Centre Trainer

Our client a leading online retailer based in Chatham is looking for a Contact Centre Trainer to join their team. This role is a brand new role available through expansion.
The ideal candidate must have Contact Centre training experience and the key responsibilities of the role are:
* To influence the behaviours of the Contact Centre Team, through ongoing call coaching and critiquing and deliver not only a professional service but to meet key company KPI's.
* Working proactively to drive performance and focus on customer growth and retention.
* To support the design, development and writing of training material to support key objectives.
* To work with the call quality monitoring system, understanding skills and knowledge gaps, giving feedback on the output.
* Liaising with the Call Centre Manager to discuss results and improvement plans
* Delivering sales / appointment making skills training, to include (but not limited to) objection handling, listening and questioning skills, matching clients needs to our product USP's and asking for appointments.
* To play a crucial role in the design and delivery of the induction training program for the company.
To succeed as the Contact Centre Trainer role, you will need:
* Two year minimum Contact Centre Experience.
* A sound knowledge of best practice methods in a call centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* A responsible attitude who can lead by example.
* A positive outlook with the ability to motivate others.
* The ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's.
* The ability to multitask, coupled with excellent time management skills
* To take ownership by resolving issues and seeking assistance when needed.
* Integrity and be trustworthy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
* Have the ability to analyse and appraise, with attention to detail.
* A real hunger for success.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
