Administrator Financial Services - Tunbridge Wells - £17k - £19k
Our client is currently looking for an Administrator to join their current team based in Tunbridge Wells.
Main responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls to assist members and IFAs
* Handling forthcoming maturity processes
* Processing quotations
* Processing overnight output
* General administration duties
* Handling pensions claims: annuities, lump sums, transfers and deaths
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer service and administration experience desirable
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience within insurance, pensions, financial services desirable
* Strong academic results
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in insurance, financial services, pensions or administration. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to learn, excellent team-work and high attention to detail.
