Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&E Services Senior Technician to work within our Engineering Services team. You will be required to provide a broad range of infrastructure, facilities and building services expertise to maintain and improve existing buildings, infrastructure and other structures or facilities.

Position Expectations
• Liaise directly with contractors, arranging site and building access, overseeing construction works ensuring full compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to
• Instruct, supervise and assess work carried out by Framework contractors and other external contractors
• Liaise with architects, consultants and quantity surveyors appointed to take control of a project
• Undertake courses of retraining and improvement which may become necessary
• Problem solving; detecting and analysing underlying problems and taking long term corrective actions and fault finding

Candidate requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role
• HNC or HND in an appropriate building/services/construction discipline
• Trade background
• Working knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
• Site supervision experience
• Be able to work at heights (on and over water)
• Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
