A fantastic opportunity has come up to be a part of this fresh & exciting new business venture opening up on Deal Pier.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic manager who will be capable of running the Front of House of the restaurant. This location seats 60 covers inside with the potential for more dining around the outer edge of the building on bench style seating. The general opening times of this business are 8am-5pm with extended evening food service during the peak season from April until October.
This business has a distinct emphasis on great customer experience with equal focus on providing an excellent food and drink offer. The general manager will work alongside the business owners to keep an outstanding standard of food & drink service, train & develop a team of front of house staff and maintain excellent restaurant organisation and cleanliness. We are looking for a bright, customer focused general manger that will drive this business forward whilst retaining a welcoming and warm hospitable atmosphere.
The right person for the job will have a solid career history within the hospitality industry, have a genuine interest in great quality food & drink and customer experience and be fully committed to making a success of this business and popular location.
