Our client, a leader in their field are seeking an experience HR professional with experience with various ER issues including performance, attendance and disciplinary issues.
Ideal candidates will have experience of dealing with high complexity and a myriad of demands across all disciplines and is capable of thinking on their feet as at times will be the only expert in the room.
As a HR Advisor you will be empathetic have the ability to analyse data and identify trends and movement, be able to report to leadership in relation to all people aspects of the business.
Applicants will be CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience due to the nature of the business there may be occasional across the UK.
You will have previous exposure to a similar role, exposure to owning and managing your own caseload and have excellent communication skills.
