Working for one of South East’s premier contractors in the provision and installation of commercial and bespoke mechanical systems, industrial renewable energy developments, access control systems, information technology infrastructure and fire, health & safety electrical planning and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out installation and maintenance work to heating installations, plumbing, drainage and sanitation installations
• Undertake fault-finding, problem-solving, diagnosis and repair of performance concerns as may affect the operation and proper performance of the plumbing, drainage and heating systems
• Completion of relevant test certification and regulatory certification in accordance with all appropriate regulations
• Prepare accurately pricing structure for works required


Skills, know-how and experience required:

• Gas safe registered (required)
• Minimum gas qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1
• Minimum plumbing qualification: NVQ3
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a similar role
• Current full UK driving licence
• Good general numeracy and literacy
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities
