A leading, award winning law firm with a strong Marketing and Business Development team are currently seeking a PR and Marketing Executive in their busy offices in Maidstone. The successful PR and Marketing Executive is required to cover maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term (until the end of May 2020).
The successful PR and Marketing Executive will join an existing team who are welcoming and supportive, and will be fully emersed in the firm's marketing initiatives. Duties will include:
* Developing content and supporting the delivery of marketing communications
* Handling media enquiries
* Pitching to relevant press as expert commentators, plus creating features
* Maintaining media lists
* Lead and manage annual legal submissions and award entries
* Marketing communication and events
* Draft, edit and proof-read, publish promotional material
* Internal and external communication including internal bullitin/intranet and website including articles, news releases etc.
The successful PR and Marketing Executive will offer the following skill set:
* Have previous marketing experience (CIM desirable)
* Excellent communication skills
* A keen team player
* Solid IT skills including email marketing software, social media management dashboards (e.g. Photoshop etc.)
* Resourceful and flexible approach to work
* Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information
