Our client is an Award Winning Contractor based in Kent, specialising in residential, education, commercial and leisure sectors for County and District Councils and Private Clients across the South East. They are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing business.
Are you based in Kent and have at least 3 years estimating experience?
Can you analyse tender documents and capture client requirements?
You will be responsible for pricing traditional, and design and build contracts. You’ll need to carry out site visits, produce accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), prepare sub-contractor enquiry documents, and assimilate information taking account of in tender pricing.
