Job Title: Finance Assistant
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Tunbridge Wells
The Company
The company is an innovative and entrepreneurial group of companies specialising in Motor Insurance Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a career with an Investors in People Gold Champion organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices and credits on Sage
* Sending out invoices for authorisation
* Making payments on Bankline
* Printing off remittances for payments and sending out via email and post
* Raising recharge invoices
* Monitoring accounts email and dealing with incoming post
* Answering queries via phone and email
* Reconciling supplier statements and tidying accounts
Requirements:
* Sage Line 50
* Purchase ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Bank Reconciliations
