£17,000 - £20,000 DOE

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Offices are Based in Bromley

My client is a well-established Law firm, and they are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to provide assistance and support to one Solicitor.

The role will require excellent Customer Service skills. You will also be organised and have the ability to process all incoming post, emails & telephone calls.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities/Duties:-

* Preparing and sending out terms of engagement, transfer documents and any other documents within the time limits imposed under the service legal agreement
* Obtain official copies of the property Title and Plan
* Have an understanding of the matrimonial transfer of equity processes
* Have an understanding of the shared ownership/staircasing processes
* Carry out Land Registry searches and deal with any issues which may arise
* Reviewing and processing Mortgage Offers/Deeds/case documents, referring any technical post to the case handler
* Chasing outstanding documents/issues
* Taking EDPQ payments
* Requesting redemption statements
* Carrying our bankruptcy and priority searches
* Updating Clients, Customers, Brokers and Third Parties
* Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
* Sending and responding to E-mails
* Requesting of funds requirements from borrowers
* Filing, photocopying and printing



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* An understanding of the conveyancing/remortgage process
* Possess a willingness to learn
* Have a positive attitude
* Excellent client care skills
* Good telephone manner
* Be able to process volume incoming work quickly and accurately
* Demonstrate good attention to detail
* Be able to work well on your own as well as part of a team
* Be able to identify issues which arise and resolve them as quickly as possible
* Liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and departments
* Be friendly and helpful
