Temporary Doctors Surgery Receptionist needed
We are currently looking to recruit a Medical Receptionist for a temporary assignment based in Bexleyheath.
You will be required to work alternate shift patterns - one week a morning shift and one week an afternoon shift.
You must have an up to date DBS and be available to start straight away
This is a fast- paced environment and will require you to be hands on . A background in medical admin/reception duties is advantageous. Also a good working knowledge of the Vision System.
Duties will include;
* Answering the telephone
* Dealing with patients face to face
* Admin duties
* Complaint handling
Skills needed:
* Be able to multitask
* Deal with a fast paced environment
* Team Player
* IT Skills
* Strong Admin skills
* Enthusiastic
