Our client is a Specialist Recruitment Company based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks and due to expansion need a Recruitment Executive to join their lovely team – superb office with great benefits.
The right candidate will have an interest in recruitment (ideally with some experience), strong organisation skills and a passion for good customer service.
Duties include:
- Selecting the right candidates, matching them to clients
- Arranging interviews, communicating well with candidates and clients alike
- Researching new contacts
- Keeping systems updated
- Liaison with all parties throughout the process
